2. What Data We Collect

We collect information that users provide voluntarily or that is generated through interaction with the site:

  • Name, email address, company, phone (when requested).
  • IP address, browser, operating system, browsing behavior.
  • Preferences, clicks, completed forms, and session duration.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed in order to:

  • Provide personalized services and relevant content.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and site improvements.
  • Prevent fraud, attacks, or misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

  • Your explicit consent.
  • Our legitimate interest in providing you with an efficient and secure site.
  • Compliance with the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 (Ley 25.326).

5. User Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request its rectification or deletion.
  • Object to its processing or request its limitation.

Send us an email at contacto@ariadne-ia.ar with the subject “Data Protection”.

6. Use of Cookies

We use technical, analytical, and personalization cookies. Use of the site implies their acceptance. You can configure your browser to block them.

7. External Providers

We work with providers that meet global security standards (equivalent to GDPR):

  • Hosting and cloud storage services.
  • Analytics and email marketing tools.
  • Automation and customer service platforms.

Additionally, when you activate integrations with external platforms, Ariadne connects to the official services of those platforms. We currently integrate with LinkedIn (LinkedIn Corporation). Details of what data is collected from these integrations and how it is handled are described in the “External platform integrations” section.

8. Security Measures

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), security monitoring, and infrastructure segmentation.

Access credentials for external integrations (authorization tokens) are stored in a credential layer segregated from the rest of your data, with role-based access control (Row Level Security) that isolates data by organization, restricted access for authorized backend processes, on database infrastructure with at-rest encryption. Every operation on these credentials (creation, rotation, revocation) is recorded in an audit log with a traceability identifier.

9. External platform integrations

Ariadne allows you to connect third-party platform accounts to automate content publication. We currently integrate with LinkedIn.

Data we collect from LinkedIn: when you connect your LinkedIn account through its official authorization system (OAuth 2.0), Ariadne accesses and stores an opaque identifier for your account (URN), your name, email address, profile picture, and —in the case of company pages you administer— the name and logo of the organization.

Purpose: we use this data to publish content on your behalf when you approve it, identify the connected account in your control panel, and list the company pages you administer.

Storage: access credentials (tokens) are stored as described in the Security section, in a segregated layer with audited access.

Retention: we retain this data for as long as your LinkedIn connection remains active. When you disconnect your account, we notify the revocation to the official LinkedIn system and remove the tokens from our store.

Your control: you can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from the Ariadne integrations panel. You can also revoke access directly from LinkedIn settings, at https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/data-sharing-for-permitted-services.

Compliance: use of the LinkedIn API is governed by the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an active relationship with Ariadne or as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

Data associated with external platform integrations (such as LinkedIn) is retained for as long as the corresponding connection is active. When you disconnect an integration, access tokens are removed from our store and the connection is marked as revoked in our records.

You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contacto@ariadne-ia.ar with the subject “Data Protection”.

11. Updates to this Policy

We may modify this policy due to legal or technological changes. We will publish each modification on this same page.
